百年老院在医疗技术、教学培训、科技创新、人才培养、患者体验、文化建设等多方面享有盛誉，拥有国家临床重点专科建设项目11个，国家卫生健康委重点实验室2个，院士工作站5个，省级重点实验室6个，河南省发改委工程实验室（工程研究中心）12个，河南省科技厅工程技术研究中心6个，国际联合实验室10个，厅级重点实验室23个，共计64个平台。
医院临床医学研究中心共14层，总面积约14000平方米。包含实验技术平台9个。拥有高速转盘共聚焦显微镜（活细胞工作站）Andor revolution XD、BD FACSCanto II 流式细胞分析仪等大型仪器、设备。除此之外，包含2个核心期刊编辑部，2个国际期刊编辑部和图书馆，医院图书馆藏书两万余册。

Founded in 1904, Henan Provincial People’s Hospital(HPPH) has 116 years of history. HPPH is among the TOP 100 Hospitals in China.
With a history of 116 years, Henan Provincial People’s Hospital(HPPH) has a pool of talents with 2631 with PhD and master degree, 11 Central China 1000 Plan talents, 36 enjoying State Council allowance, 49 high-level talents, and 30 full-time researchers.
HPPH enjoys great reputation in medical technology, education and training, research innovation, patient experience and cultural construction. The hospital has 2 key laboratories of National Health Commission, 5 academician workstations, 6 provincial key laboratories, 12 engineering labs approved by Henan Provincial Commission of Development and Reform, 6 engineering technology research centers approved by Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology, 10 international joint laboratories, and 23 department level key laboratories, with a total of 64 laboratories.
The clinical medical research center of the hospital has 14 floors, with a total area of about 14,000 square meters. It includes 9 experimental technology platforms. It is equipped with many large-scale advanced equipment, such as high-speed rotary confocal microscope (living cell workstation) and or revolution XD, and BD facscanto II flow cytometry analyzer. In addition, the hospital is equipped with 2 core journal editorial offices, 2 international journal editorial offices and a library, which stores more than 20,000 books.
Henan Provincial People's Hospital has been awarded by the Provincial Postdoctor Commission as "Excellent Postdoctor Workstation" consecutively for twice.
申请条件
1. 具有博士学位，品学兼优，身体健康，年龄一般在三十五岁以下的人员,博士毕业3年内，特别优秀可适当放宽至四十岁以下；
2. 符合国家和河南省有关博士后管理规定相关的招收标准，具有较强的科研能力和学术研究的潜力；
3. 招收专业： 临床医学、基础医学、药学、公共卫生与预防医学、内科学、外科学、生物化学与分子学、医学遗传学、药理学、流行病与卫生统计学。
1. PhD degree required and generally graduated for no more than 3 years; with good moral quality and in good health; normally aged below 35 years old, for extremely excellent candidates, no more than 40 years old;
2. Meeting national and provincial standards for postdoctor recruitment, with strong research and academic ability and potential;
3. Recruitment majors: Clinical Medicine, Basic Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Surgery, Biochemistry and Molecular Science, Medical Genetics, Pharmacology, Epidemiology and Health Statistics.
薪酬福利
1. 有竞争力的薪酬：依据承担的科研任务，可获得21-31万人民币的年薪（含6万导师给予的补助）；
2. 丰厚的科研经费：提供30万人民币的科研启动经费；
3. 博士后需全职在我院工作，在站期间享受职工待遇，出站后择优聘任为我院正式职工；
4. 享有医院公寓居住权或住房补贴。
1. Competitive financial benefits: based on the research task undertaken, the postdoctor will be able to receive about 210,000-310,000 RMB of annual salary(including 60,000 RMB as allowance from Supervisor’s Research Fund); the income is after tax.
2. Generous research fund: 300,000 RMB as initial research fund;
3. Postdoctors shall work full time in the hospital, and enjoy hospital benefits as full-time employees. Excellent postdoctors might be hired as official employees when the contract expires;
4. Enjoying hospital apartment or monthly housing allowance.
